Job Role Details:-

1. Job Title: Graduate Trainee 

2. Role - Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for clients, responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users 

3. Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill 

4. Type of Employment: Full Time Role 

5. Eligibility : BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com ,BBA, BE/ B.Tech

6. Highest Qualification : Undergraduate 

7. Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.

8. UG Passing Year: 2024 only
